Godwin at play

The quiz: Who said it, Ann Coulter or Adolf Hitler?

Harry Hutton comments, "Another scurrilous attack on Adolf Hitler. Instead of trying to refute his arguments, the left just call him a Nazi and compare him to the fruitcake Coulter."

  1. ho Ho Ho. Got all 14 right. (Comes of reading John Le Carre’s short story ‘A New Way To Say Goodnight’). Worryingly Coulter was over here this week peddling her toxic detergent . . . and is generally thought to have achieved the impossible by getting the better of Jeremy Paxman on the BBC. (Link to video somewhere if I can find it).

  2. I missed several, primarily because despite having read “Mein Kampf” (repeatedly) and secondary sources, I didn’t recall Hitler’s having spoken all that much about American liberals.

One of my regular blog stops linked a day or two ago to a piece of video suggesting that Coulter is on the verge of a complete meltdown, but I can’t remember who it was now. I’ll see if I can find it, and if it’s worth seeing I’ll post a link.

  3. Lex – I’ve never read a word of either Hitler or Coulter, it was just so obvious from the two styles . . . there’s a bit of Paxman/Coulter video on Guido Fawkes’ blog (where someone called Cardinal Martini’s Cocktail Olive occasionally makes witty comments) . . . don’t recall whether the Coulter was melting exactly . . .
